Runnymede Model Railway Club
Welcome to our Club!
OPEN DAY!
Yes, our clubhouse was open from 12 noon onwards at the Annual Lyne Village Fete on 20th June 2009, held in the grounds of the Lyne Village Hall. We will be open again at next year's Fete on 19th June 2010. For a very small token fee you can enter our clubhouse, view the working layouts and chat to some of our members.
Club Nights:
We meet after 8 p.m. every Wednesday at Lyne Village Hall, Lyne Lane, Lyne (between Chertsey and Virginia Water),Surrey. Guests and new members are always welcome.
We are currently building a large '00' gauge layout with Seaton Junction as its main feature. However, please note that we don't mind what runs on our layouts (inc. U.S.), although we must admit to a preference for Southern - particularly Bulleids!
We also have a 24 foot long 'n' gauge layout that is available to members at every meeting, and are also building an '00' gauge MPD layout.
Enquiries please ring Paul Francis on 01932 873379 or e-mail us on: runnymede_mrc@yahoo.co.uk
